Timeline & Documentation
We build a personalized countdown with every vaccination date, blood draw window, exam date, and paperwork deadline mapped to your travel date.
Delivered as a printable PDF and a shared calendar.
USDA Endorsement
After your veterinarian completes the exam, we handle the endorsement submission to USDA APHIS — including any required corrections, in the 10-day window before travel.
Priority courier tracking included.
Travel Day Support
Final verification the day before departure. Phone support the day of travel. If the airline asks a question, we answer it.
